how do you find the first pronumeral example, px^3+x^2-3x-2 when dividing by x+2 and the remainder is 0. How do you find out p?

remainder theorem brah

When a polynomial is divided by something, eg P(x)/x+2
the remainder of that is equal to subbing in x = -2

so do P(-2) and you're told the remainder is 0

so P(-2) = 0

you should be able to figure it out from there
