with portion control like i no what it is but does anyone no the amounts of each type of food is meant to be in one serving eg meat n veggies etc.

hey I think that there is not a set amount (maybes I'm wrong) but it would seem to me that every operation/buisness would have their own portion control...?

do u know anywhere i could find these set portion controls cause i have an assignment where i need to show how much of each food to serve a customer like draw a plate with correct amounts of each food eg meat , veggies
