Is is possible to transfer from B.E to B.E/BCom in the second session, if i get high enough marks?

Your marks won't be taken into consideration for a transfer until you've completed one year

Go through UAC and it'll be UAI only so you should have picked BE/BCom if you made the cut-off. It's easier to get rid of a degree if you started off with a double.
