Possible bug? (1 Viewer)

Hi, when I input the following marks into SAM, it counts Mathematics towards the UAI but not Chemistry, when the chemistry marks are obviously higher. Is this a bug, or have I really misunderstood how the UAI is calculated? Marks are:

Eng Ext 1 - 39/50
Eng Ext 2 - 45/50
Eng Adv - 72/100
Physics - 62/100
SDD - 72/100
Maths - 22/100
Chem - 50/100

It only disregards the Maths marks if I put them down to '0'. Just thought someone should know.

Yes, you're correct. There was a bug.

It was sorting the column of scaled marks based on string comparisons rather than numerical comparisons. Bit of a silly bug, really. I've fixed it - thanks for pointing it out.

For others who are interested, it shouldn't have had a significant effect on any of your calculations.

why did you use string comparisons in the first place?

Who knows. I'd probably just copied my standard sort for multi-dimensional arrays from somewhere else.
