Hey all, is anyone here thinking of pursuing postgrad education in Psychology at MQ? (Either as a PhD, Master or Doctorate.)
I'm not quite there yet but getting close, and I wanted some opinions/experiences from postgrad Psych students or students considering their postgrad options.
My main question is about choosing between the Clinical Doctorate and a Master/PhD combo. I'm drawn towards the Clinical Doctorate as I want to work clinically, but I'm also interested in research and since the Doctorate takes 3 years anyway, I wonder if it's better to just do the combined Master/PhD program (4 years).
Opinions? Advice? TIA!
