alright guys... this is just a question for those who are really REALLY firmliar with powerpoint...

alright you know at some web pages they have a pop up that says TYPE YOUR NAME and in the document, your name pops up.. for example HELLO "TYPE IN YOUR NAME NAME" AND WELCOME TO MY HOMEPAGE

do you guys get it?

yeah well, is there a way which i can do this in powerpoint? it wouldnt be hyperlinks....so umm yeah...

help guys? this is for my major project worth 40% so if you guys could help, it would be greatly appreciated!!

download the presentation, because if you use it from there it'll be f****d.... 'cos i coded it bad.....

edit: you'll need 2 enable macros

a programming language..... pretty much VB, but its used by end users to code stuff like macros for the Microsoft Apps.

i can send you the powerpoint file if you want to see the code..

get user input and stuff?

right click on the toolbars area and select Control Toolbox...

using those tools you can create textboxs for input, and labels for output......

can also do option buttons etc etc

if you want to set the propterties of those elments, such as their name and so on, right click and select properties and the properties panel thingo will appear

hmm nah your not supposed to know it. well its out of the scope of IPT anyway......more SDD

to do what u want to do in powerpoint... need to know have basic knowledge of VB... or programming in general....
