I have a prac tomorrow, any help with this question would be greatly appreciated..

b) Safely perform the investigation, graph and determine the effect of the substrate concentration on the function of amylase including the saturation point.
c) write a scientific report that details your experiment, results and conclusion. Your report should include - Aim, Hyphothesis, Variables, Materials, Method, safety risk assessment, Results, Discussion and Conclusion
We weren't 100% sure on what we had to do, until today, so that is why it is here so late..
