Got my Half Yearlies back hoping for prediction:

Mathematics Ext. 1: 30/44 rank 10/30 overall rank 4/30
Mathematics Ext. 2: 38/60 rank 3/8 overall rank 3/8
English Adv. 32/50 rank 12/28 overall rank 6/28
English Ext. 1 18/25 rank 3/9 overall rank 4/9
Physics 52/75 rank 9/22 overall rank 9/22
Chemistry 52/60 rank 3/19 overall rank 4/19
Studies of RE 1U 26/35 rank 21/105 overall rank 21/105

I didn't really study for this as i expected it to be simple, sort of my rude awakening. I expect most of my marks to be much better for HSC. Oh and for my school they take the top mark in all subjects and make the test out of that which increases all of our marks.

overall ranks are okay, but not great.

Depending on the school probably between 60 and 72.

her ranks are quite good, studies of religion wont count, and probably 1 out of 2 units of physics would probably count.
ext 2 maths scales heaps, so if you keep up the work, then im sure youll do very well in your HSC.
keep that up and youll get 90+ relatively easily
