Ok... so im trying to figure out how i am going to order my preferences now. im not that sure what i wanna do, but im just gunna go with what im thinking right now ... so the course i most want to get into has a cut-off 0.3 above my UAI ... but the same course at another uni im about 1.something above. IF i put the one im just under first, will that significantly decrease my chance of getting into the second one .. and do you think its worth putting it first

no it wont decrese ur chance of getting ur second preference or evn ur 9th preference for that matter.........put down wat u really want as ur 1st pref and if u dont get it ull get or 2nd or 3rd or wateva......

Exactly. As natstar said, you never know - this year the cutoffs of those courses could change dramatically - where the course that was 1.somthing over could be 3 points under, and vice versa for the other course.
