Does ANU make most of its offers in the preliminary round?

ACT: Generally prelim, then some in main

i think act residents get their uais from their college donkeys earlier than us, so unis problery have more time to work it out. Not 100% sure...

In ACT they only sit the AST , so it wouldn't require much marking compared to the hsc

It depends on what you are applying for. PhB may be offered based on criteria other than UAI, in which case you get your offer around december.
