Well know your unit conversions and standard units. Know vectors, know relative motion, know all motion graphs, know SUVATS - FOR WHEN ACCELERATION IS CONSTANT. Thats preety much mod 1

Ahhh haven't done it yet but as far as I know it's forces and vectors in two dimensions so basically everything in mod 1 but harder

Newtons laws, force diagrams, impulse, there are a bunch of formulas you need to know, but the main thing is you need to learn how to apply your skills from mod 1 into problems involving forces, e.g. vector resolution of forces and stuff like that
