I was wondering where the marks of the preliminary exams go and when do teachers usually finish marking and sends it to wherever they go. Also once the marks go wherever they go, do teachers have the power to take back the marks?

The marks themselves stay inside the school.
But the schools submit grades (A to E) for each student for their ROSA.
If you complete your HSC, this will be meaningless.
