prereqs for buisness courses (1 Viewer)

so my bro wants to do buis, and i told him to do 2u to get a better atar or dont do gen (cuz its not worth it), and he said gneral maths is a prereq for buis corses.

i know it may be for eco courses but others i doupted it.
does anyone know

Which university and which major are you talking about? Different universities have different requirements.

Most unis have 2 unit as assumed knowledge.
If I remember correctly, Macq was the only one with standard as assumed knowledge.

Don't need extension but definitely doing 2u advance would help alot since statistics can be a challenge; as can the core subjects which require you to understand and apply differentiation/integration.
