Printer Problem (1 Viewer)

Hi
EAch time I print something it looks like there are white lines going thorugh the ink. For the colour pictures same thing except the lines are the colour of the picture.

What can I do to fix this?

Use the printer's clean print head function a couple of times (check manual/printer help), and if that doesn't work, replace the print head and ink.

Clean the print heads. Should find the option to do so on the printer screen (or software if it doesn't have an LCD).

See I cant use the sofwatre because its not compatible with Vista.

Any ideas?

thats your first problem lol

well what you need to do, is use the printer and it will actually have functions on the printer (depending on model) that will allow you to help clean the print heads on that, otherwise you will need to replace the print heads.
