Does anyone know where you can find out if your school or your schools region is on this list?

Just ask someone in the know at school. Your careers adviser should know whether or not if your school is part of PSFP or not, because then they should spruik for year 12s to get that Access scheme booklet and get eligibility based on PSFP for UAI stuff etc... - so yeah, careers adviser should know. If not deputies and principals etc should know.. hopefully!
