problem with SAM TAT (1 Viewer)

Far out I can't seem to access SAM. Everytime I go there it keeps saying I'll need to enter my subjects... WHICH I HAVE!! TAT

I've re-entered several times so far and nothing seems to work.... help anyone??/ ;__;
