Project management techniques! (1 Viewer)

So for those of you who have their software hsc exam this thursday, just one question:

The syllabus does not mention project management techniques, however there have been multiple choice and short answer questions (some worth 4 marks!) on said techniques.
Wondering if you guys have any idea of what they involve?

Try the I.P.T course. There's a fair bit of project management in there. Here's some notes:

Just cough up anything you can think of about Gantt charts, process diaries, system modelling etc that might help people within a project communicate and work together. And skim the above resource, seems to have some decent summaries, but since its for IPT just remember you'll probably have to put a software developer's perspective on it.
