A quick question

The height of a particle projected up in the air is given by the formula
h=30t-5t^2, where h is the height in metres and t is time in seconds.

a) Find the velocity in 2 seconds
b) Show that the particle has constant acceleration

Thanks in advanced

a) V=velocity.
V=dh/dt=30-10t.
Where t=2, V=10 m/s.
b) A=acceleration.
A=dV/dt=-10.
Acceleration is -10m/s2 and is constant (there are no variables in the formula for acceleration).
