Hi hi.
Im doing a property valuation course (started this yr) and was wondering what it is like to work as a valuer? If anyone knows a valuer (or even better, IS a valuer) could u reply?

btw, i know about registration and what valuers do but im more after info about demand for valuers, wages and if people like their positions.

I know a guy who used to be a property valuer. He didn't like it much ("boring"). There's always going to be a demand for property valuers i guess, but i assume it also depends on the size of the business and where it's located. Have u considered commercial property? That's where the money's at, apparently.
