Hey i was just wondering has anyone done this subject, eg structure of exams etc, if it easy to get a credit in it also?? i saw that it is a 4 credit point subject, does this mean it makes it harder to get a higher GPA?

Hi Kutay, I've done psy222, but this was when it was a yearly subject worth 4cp. I think Skittled, MJ and Clairegirl may have done the half year unit.

Overall, it is a fair bit harder than stat170 but its doable if you study hard. Like most stats units i've done, i have seen people who are good at maths going average and people who arent good at maths go well, so its hard to predict :/

I think the structure now is a mid and end year test, and also 2 optional tests (which i recommend you do, as it takes less stress out of doing the yearly). Nt sure about the weightings...

HI, i have decided i want to do STAT175 as it seems interesting and feel i could get a good mark i need to transfer.. even though it wont count.. Although i have a problem as i want to choose it but dont have any free elective options to choose it?? i have one elective stuck in my e-student thing that i want to pull out and change to STAT175 but cant... when does this re-open and where bouts can i go to see if can do this subject?

also does it matter that i am only doing 2 subjects this semester?
