how did everyone find it?

its difficulty level is about what i expected. shame it wasnt easier. but now, at least, it is over!!

After all the worrying about the essays, they actually seemed easier than the MC questions.. :/

I personally liked the multi-choice more... I was 100% confident with maybe just under half the questions, give or take. The essays were good once you kinda sat there and evaluated them and went through what exactly you could talk about. I did 3 (three techniques of conformity or whatever it was) and 4 (social exchange/equity in relationship development and maintenance).

Overall, I'm pretty happy and would like a relatively good credit as the final mark (or more if the markers feel generous! :D ) How much did people write? I wrote 4 pages for both, but found myself pushing it for things to write about with the social exchange question.

Oh, I wouldnt matter too much. My writing got pretty shocking towards the end of the second essay. How long did it take you to do the multi-choice? I was up to about question 30, and looked at the clock, and it was only quarter past! So I made myself slow down, but I was onto the essays at about quarter to at the latest, which might explain why I wrote so many pages?

Multiple choice, about 50%.

Essays: good on the influence one. Standard on the one about... err... what was it? Group Cohesiveness. number one.

Overall a nice little unit, in my opinon. Good content. Was nice to have an exam where you've gotta use it and pull it all together, rather than having everything in individual boxes without any overlap. Makes you feel smart when you can do it! ;)

Well done, everyone! :D

I was considering the relationships one, but there was a key word I couldn't do... like.. you had to evaluate them? I could barely describe them let alone evaluate them, so I'd have been screwed...

...I considered it, though!

...also considered #2, though, too.. similar problems with that one, from memory...

With number 2, I couldl descrbibe the hypotheses, but that would have taken half a page to do it, and then I didnt know any experiments involving them, except one!

I didn't like the "evaluate" either, but I had more to write about in that one compared to the other alternatives!

i love 'evaluate' and 'assess' questions. i HATE 'describe' questions. The first encourages judgement, the other is englishy skills, which i am crappy at (though jealous of those who can do describe questions!).

anyway, thats just a random fact about me.. errrm. ill just disappear now *vanishes*
