Okay this is the dot point thing:

• Financial Considerations

- Matching the terms and source of finance to business purpose and structure.

What does that mean?

And I get mixed up with the difference between and shareholder and a stakeholder...someone want to give me a definition with an example please

Shareholder: A part owner of a business.
Stakeholder: Individuals, groups, organisations, entities etc that have a stake in or are affected by the business.

i.e Employers, Consumer, The enviroment etc.
