Would you consider taking multivitamins such as the swisse teenage ultivite and their fish oil which helps improve mental alertness cheating? I thought about this when I watched the documentary Bigger, Stronger , Faster and I wonder what your views are one it

of course not, anyone could take a multi vitamin, it is always better to get it from food anyway

And the science behind them is actually pretty weak. Unlike actual drugs like steroids or dexies.

I took a fish oil tablet today and yet to see a brain boost. I'l see how it goes.

The drugs that actually work for a mental boost for me seem to be caffeine, aspirin and maybe one of the B vitamins.
