hey everyone.......i'd thought i'd post my seminar homework question up to save time.......hope u can help (also, suz ms12.....and whoeva, feel free to use this info...lol, i dont mind)

Ask 3 people 18+ who are not lawyers/law students:

1. Does australia have a written constituion?????

2. What does the australian constituion do?????

3. how do we change the constituion??????

feel free to write stoopid answers as well...our tutor's expecting dumb responses.....lol

1. Yes.
2. It is a set of guidelines (rules) that govern the running of Australia and which the Parliament must abide by.
3. In a referendum.
