question about HSC @ tafe...

my friend is consdering re-doing his HSC at tafe next year coz he reckons he's bummed out but he's lazy and wont bother to find out how it works. if you've already done the prelim course do you start the HSC course at the beginning of term 4 like everyone else?? or is it all exactly the same as at school?

I'd doubt the lines that he had chosen last year (or whenever) would align for the new HSC in the coming year, so he would have to do Prelim again. Unless, of course, he went back to his old high school, because there, you should be able to do do a program called 'Pathways' (at least that's what its called at our school), and it allows you to add units to your HSC over the next 5 years. Its valid for any other HSC student, so tell him to give that a try first.

in tafe hsc, i think you do prelim and year 12 in one year. i think.

yup all in 1 year... all crammed.. its a real bummer to do it there i reakcon, but if youve done it already then it shouldnt be as bad
