I = (INT) from -1/2 to 1/2 2cos pi x dx

simmos is what b-a/6{f(a) + 4 f(a+b/2) + f(b)}

so b-a/6 = 1/6

f(a) = 2cos (-pi/2) = 0
f(a+b/2) = 2cos (0) = 2
f(b) = 2cos (pi/2) = 0

therefore answer is 8/6

= 4/3
