In the below excerpt taken from the application form, does this mean that if I pay $500 or more on or before the census date [31st March] then I'll receive the discount? Or must I pay a upfront payment every census date, so i.e. for census date in semester 1, then census date in semester 2?

Thanks in advance! It's just weird, I clicked yes at the start, then out of curiousity, I checked to see whether or not I could change it, but there wasn't an edit option
