my bro finished his 1st year engineering at uws, his uai from yr 12 was 61.25, he was wondering if its even possible to transfer to UTS (if his marks at uni were good) or maybe even UNSW(not likely but he just wants to know but his choice it UTS)?

also he wants to know did he have to do some specific units at uws for him to be exempt from first year at uts or unsw...so if he transfer, he goes to 2nd year

thankzzz

Most of what he's done at UWS should count towards equivalent subjects elsewhere, but his best bet would be to contact the eng faculty at UTS and UNSW to see exactly what exemptions he can get. As for transferring, it shouldn't be a problem with decent uni marks, but, he's kinda left it a bit late hasn't he?

actually maybe UTS has mid-year entry. Nonetheless, he'll need to apply through UAC.
