Okay, today in the interests of my health and due to my girlfriends wishes I have decided to quit smoking. This will be a twitter of sorts for the duration.

Wish me luck.

Day 1,
Nice and relaxed day today, no stress and sleeping in helped. By this afternoon I was craving a cigarette but instead went to the chemist and bought patches.
Upon arrival home I put one of the patches on and am feeling fine. Still kinda feel like one but I think that's more out of habbit (getting home from uni and having a smoke at the end of the day).

I'll find out tonight lulz. I got a 24 hour one because what time I go to bed varies too much and the first cigarette of the day is the one you crave the most.

You need to replace it with another habbit. You'll miss smokos, so start drinking more coffee or something.
