Ram help! (1 Viewer)

Hi people. Well i have 2x512mb rams on my current system and i got another full 1gig stick of ram today. I all the rams work when i try them but when i combine the 512mb's with the new 1gig stick my pc only reads it as 1.5gigs, but it should be 2gig.
Can anyone help me with the problem? The rams have the same ddr1 400mhz pc3200 specs + i think they are low density but the 1gig stick has a chip module of 128Mx32 is that high density?

ye i thought of that but i actually tried all different combinations ( i have 4 ram slots). Like sometimes it would drop to 512mb. Anyway thanks but i gave ram back cause i think it was crappy high density ram which is highly incompatible and slow.
