I got mine, not as good as i thought, oh well.. theres still the HSC marks to come i guess

Mine was not bad. Im happy i got 5th in 2 unit maths. When do we get our ranking throughout all schools.

Biology - 1 / 48
Chemistry - 1 / 15
English (Advanced) - 3 / 71 <------very unexpected
Mathematics Extension 1 - 1 / 20
Mathematics Extension 2 - 1 / 8
Physics - 1 / 11

Well at least this makes me feel better...I hope my HSC marks are as good as my ranks.

i was talikng to a freind and we both got the same rank for 3u maths, is that possible? is there an error?

that may be a mistake because my teacher says that all teachers must give their students unique ranks so therefore u and ur friend should not be getting the same rank

You can have the same rank. It's unfair for 3 people that have the same assessment mark to all have different ranks. I have the same rank as some poeple for a few subjects.

You need to go and speak to your principal immediatly (well, monday morning) and they need to make a call!

wat exactly does the assessment rank order mean or do? Do they use that to determine something cuz i thought they used the actually percentage that you get through the year with the hsc results, not rank order..

I think it helps in the calculation of the UAI...I'm not sure though...
