Ok for Advanced English I'm guessing about 86%, 2unit maths about 84% and 3unit maths: 70%. These are guesses so take them with a grain of salt. I'm pretty sure there are some raw band cutoffs from previous years that are known, so search around and maybe if the exams are of similar difficulty they'll have similar band 6 cutoffs.

from last year's figures it would be roughly 96/120 for 2u maths, 62/84 for 3u maths. with the other subjects, what you get raw will be fairly close to what your final mark will be.

2 unit maths would probably be close to 80%
extension one close to 75%
physics around 80%

so that means that, lets say the band 6 cut off this yr is 80%, if i get 80% in the physics hsc, i will get a 90(i.e band 6)

no 'extra' marks. just that if your overall grade rank was good, you'll get a decent school mark if the school gets scaled favourably enough. then half that mark would go towards your combined mark.
