I am doing "The Personal Experience And The Institution" and have to write a speech on it, can u choose a movie for the speech and do you have to relate back to raw in the speech?

I think you can do a movie as long as it fits with "The Personal Experience And The Institution" and yes i think its best that you relate it with raw.
