Re-enrolment and ICT (1 Viewer)

I got the re-enrolment email and I have been trying to do it for a week but it won't let me, is this because I have a pending ICT (to drop international studies)? How do I get around this? I need to re-enrol by early December but won't find out about the ICT until January.

i have a pending ICT, but its only a transfer from the business course at KG to the business course in the city. i had no problems enrolling last week. definitely best to give em a call.
