Reducing A3 to A4 in Publisher (1 Viewer)

I need to compose an A3 poster and I intend to do this using Publisher 2002. I've changed the page setup settings to 420mm*594mm (i.e. A3). However, my printer can't handle A3 sized paper, but I'd like to print it out to see how it looks before taking it to a commercial printing shop. Is there any way to "shrink" the A3 page to A4 so that i can print it out with a conventional printer i.e. without cropping 10cm off each edge of the page?

Is there a "scaling" option in Print Settings in Publisher ? Or in advanced printer options ? Should be able to print as for example 70% of the original.
