Now here is the problem:

after i scan some documents (exam papers) using my scanner the file size is enourmous......i tried to take the file to paint and reduce it by converting it to jpeg, gif ect but its still very big......HOW DO I REDUCE THE SIZE?

Use Photo Editor to save as JPG since you can choose the level of compression (higher compression = smaller file size = lower quality).

Or just scan with a lower resolution.

As Winston said, it comes with Microsoft Office.

For those suggesting illegal ways of obtaining it - it only comes with Microsoft Office, you won't find it on P2P networks.
