reinstalling notepad (1 Viewer)

how can i reinstall notepad without reinstalling windows? for some reason my notepads cactus. it wont run, it crashes, if i open a txt file it goes all crazy.

that's it exactly what happened with my notepad! my brother fixed it somehow. forgot how, sorry

just do what fatmuscle said
cos the link from start->application->notepad is fucked

so go to the local directory and find the actual link there..
