Related Text For Telling The Truth (1 Viewer)

I just read a thread that suggests using a war propaganda poster as a related text. I think this is a really good idea but i've never heard of using a poster as a related text in english before. I'm thinking of doing the "Red cross or Iron cross" poster. Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can get as much use out of this?
