My prescribed text is "The Fiftieth Gate" and one of my related texts (I only just found out today!) is a prescribed text in Module C Elective 1 - A Ted Hughes Poem.

Can I still use the text even though it is a text that is already put out by the BOS?

If it's currently on the syllabus then no you can't.
