Does anyone have anything on the related text, "Media" by John Butler Trio - such as techniques, ideas etc?

I have done a bit of work to gain some ideas of what to write about for this text, but would like some other opinions. Thanks.

Hey! im actually planning to use that as a related text in my exam on wednesday, i havent actually looked too much into it though... got any tips?
i was going to use it in relation to Frontline etc. I got a couple other songs with basically the same message as well, but im trying to find a song with a different view/perspective.
