hey guys just abit confused on this .. i am wondering if this is a valid arguement to get rid of my constant use of symbolism technique.

The quote is
“…they saw a gypsy caravan, shining with newness, painted a canary-yellow picked out with green, and red wheels.”

and i know that this can be seen as a symbolism technique, as all the colours and words used all symbolise a happy type of journey. BUT is it a valid arguement to say that the author uses REPETITION as a technique? as he constantly refers happy/positive connotations in that sentence?

Thanks in advance! =]
