therefore, discuss both sides, ie- rtfg is shown is seen positively in text....and in text it is seen conversely....that sort of thing.
ofcourse, u need to go into detail on what u define in local/global, why does local need/doesn't need to b preserved, why the global must b embraced....along those lines
