can anyone tell me some of the risks associated with methanol, ethanol and 1-propanol it would be much appreciated

Just generic risks and hazards?

Consumption of methanol results in the production of methanal and methanoic acid which migrate to the optic nerve and destroy it.

All three are flammable so they shouldnt be placed near open flames.

Dehydrating agents so they shouldnt be left on living tissue.

also (just generally)

avoid mixing organic substances with strong acid/base
