My god i pity you poor buggers who are just starting your HSC....*Shudders* but heres some advice...

GET OUT WHY YOU STILL CAN, THE HSC IS EVIL, RUTHLESS AND UNMERCYFULL, IT WILL SAP YOUR SPIRITS AND LEAVE YOU A LIFLESS DRONE, UNABLE TO SAY ANYTHING BUT "NO I CANT GO OUT TONIGHT" & "I HAVE TO STUDY"...I KID YOU NOT PEOPLE GET OUT WHILE THERES STILL TIME AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH *CRAZY LAUGH*

But they did end up defeating one of the main reasons for the new syllabus anyway...
The commission into the old HSC (in 1997 I think) found that many subjects are just too bludgey and inadequate for the people today. It was too easy, so they thought.
So they changed it around. Make it 'challenging'... and off went two batches of lab rats to die under the mountain of work.
Honestly if I had the time I'd compare the amount of work between the coming years and the old HSC and mail to the BOS a set of quesitons on this hypocrisy...

All the explains have been replaced by identifys, or scraped altogether. Will look at chem later.

What about compared to the OLD stuff (2000) That's what I'm getting at. This is a serious hypothetical, because why kill 120,000+ lab rats if you're going to make no net change, except for a forest of fallen trees and teacher headaches???
