Looking for a female roommate to share two bedroom house in Rodd Point, Sydney. I'm a 19 year old female, starting university, seeking another uni student preferably.
-Rent $300 per week.
-Available to move in in early February.
-Central location, approx. 15 mins to USYD and UTS by bus.
-Right on the water.
-Quiet, safe area - this is not a party house!
-Available for six months to one year.
-Fairly old-fashioned house, with back yard.
I'm about to start a double degree at UTS, so will be fairly busy with study and work. I'm relatively normal, enjoy movies, cooking, travelling, reading and writing. I'm pretty clean and neat, and a vegetarian, though I'm fine with living with someone who is not.
