A crapload of statistics, then a simulation which is similar to the HPT
eg.
What rate does the percentage of having a crash go up by when you do 10kmhover a 60 kmh speed limit
What is the percentage of killing a pedestrian if you hit them at 60 kmh
There's a booklet you can DL on the rta website, but it's not the complete booklet... for the complete version you have to BUY it from the RTA...
