Rules for Congrent/Similar Triangles!!! (1 Viewer)

Hey i have been going through past papers and have come across with the same difficulties with these questions...


I was wondering if someone could state all the rules for these i.e. ( angles corresponding are equal) like all the ones for similar and congrent ones! because in the answer books that abrev and just want to make sure i know them all so i can feel safe for these questions

you mean ?
Alternate - are equal
Cointerior - supplementary (Add upto 180)
Corresponding - are equal

or
SSS - side side side
AAS - angle angle side
SAS - side angle side
RHS - Right angled triangle with hypothense the same..

Congruent Triangles:
AAS - angle, angle and side
SSS - three sides of one triangle equal to another tri
SAS - two sides and included angle equal to another tri
RHS - right angle, hypotenuse and side equal

Similar Triangles:
Equiangular - three angles are equal
SSS similarity - three sides are in proportion
SAS similarity - angle the same and sides bout that angle are in proportion

Nar i know tose i mean when u are showing say for example finding x
ba over 2 = x over 4 like and rule is (similar triangles are in teh same ratio)

like all those but yeh i dont know them all can someone help please
