Biology
I specialise in all of the core topics and can tutor all of the options topics. Biology is not a subject that can be learnt via memorisation of dot points. Instead, you must have a wholistic understanding of biological systems and processes. My tuition is geared towards THIS kind of understanding, as it will allow you to achieve efficiently and without hours of inefficient study. After each lesson, I will provide revision questions which are NOT required to have been completed in written form by the next session, but instead to stimulate maximum retention. My tuition will result in you needing to spend little if any time stressed or panicking with biology as I will ensure that YOU ARE PREPARED!
Chemistry
Chemistry is not a knowledge dense subject, however it requires a strong understanding of chemical principles. My tuition does not throw useless facts which do little to boost exam marks. Instead, I focus on linking chemical principles to knowledge so that knowledge does not need to be rote learnt. I specialise in all of the core topics and can tutor all of the options topics. My tuition will help you succeed. I do not believe in the excitement of timekeeping, crazy procedures or shin digs that many tutors flog to death. Instead, my goal is that you learn what you need to know.
I tutor in person in the Newcastle area OR over msn. Face to face tuition is $20 per hour, and online is $10 per hour. I can video conference or use MSN/Skype voice chat.
