when i enter username and password I can't log in to SAM same page keeps appearing? Anyone help.

yeh when u first go into it.. it says 'you are only a member of the forums and u must complete this to access sam'
it asks for name n postcode and stuff.. u gotta fill that in to access it
ur forum nickname and password dont work on it till u sign up
