Sam and another thing

is the SAM uai thing working??

when i login, it takes me to a blank page...nothing loads up

i try the forum SAM discussion section, same thing....empty page

the second object which i would like to discuss is about the member "hatty"....

now i don't have anything against him

just that he has a freeking 700Kb gif in his sig?!
i know it's stored in the cache and doesn't download everytime....but is it necessary?!
